Dan Grise has been playing guitar and singing in bands for more years than he would care to admit. He began his career with a high school friend in a band called Harvey. He went full time with a "back to the fifties"band called The Golden Rock Review. That was in the days when nightclubs had music with the same band six nights a week. Dan and two other members then splintered off to form Sugartree. Four years later, Dan and another member began Visions, which had a seven year run. Eventually, Dan got a day job, but continued his music career with the country/variety band Southern Comfort. In 1997 Dan began playing with Curt in Tamarak, and since Allen and Dave began playing with the band, he says this is the most fun he has ever had in a band!
